Refund policy

You have 14 days from your purchase. If your WooCommerce file doesn't import cleanly, we'll fix it or refund you in full.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers the WooCommerce import file. We make a Shopify file from Shopify's own template, but we have not tested it on a live store, so Shopify is not covered by the guarantee. The Payhip, Etsy and Gumroad kits are copy-and-paste, so there is no import to fail. If any file breaks, email us anyway and we'll try to fix it.

How to ask

Email a screenshot of the WooCommerce import error to help@movemytpt.com, from the address you paid with (or tell us the last four digits of your card). We'll either fix the problem or refund you in full.

What happens to your unlock

A refund is issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Once a purchase is fully refunded, its unlock stops working: partial refunds don't remove access, but full refunds and open or lost disputes return the converter to the free limit. Files you already downloaded are yours to keep.
